Our New Better Business Bureau A Rating

At TransAmerica Express, we are proud to announce that we have just become an accredited member of the Better Business Bureau. After assessing every aspect of our services, we were given an A rating. We are happy to remind you that this is one of the highest ratings any company can get. 

Why we are excited about this rating is the public contribution to it. Their assessment and our public records were both used in the evaluation. To get this rating, a company must score at least 97. We are not only happy about it but we are also excited, and it has motivated us even to intensify our efforts to offer even better services to all our clients. With this new rating, we have now been placed among the best businesses in the country.​

Better Business Bureau makes use of specific factors to assess companies to rate them. They consider client complaint history and response. We scored high in that area because we consistently ensure that our clients are always satisfied and happy. Another factor is our type of business. Logistic industry in which we are a major player is well regulated. 

Years-of-operation is another factor Better Business Bureau considers. Our number of years in the industry is an indication that we have been providing top-notch services.
