Job Information
A Sales Floor Supervisor at TransAmerica Express is going to be responsible for overseeing the entire sales floor where sales Associates will be working with clients to address various freight needs and sell the services offered by TransAmerica Express to new clients.

An ideal candidate is going to be outgoing, be focused on monthly and quarterly sales objectives, and be able to create an emotional connection with the team to achieve success. It is expected that a Sales Floor Supervisor will maintain the brand standards of TransAmerica Express and execute all operational policies and procedures. 

A Sales Floor Supervisor will focus on communicating with the team regarding any incentives, promotions, and new information regarding changes to freight support. The goal will be to ensure client have all of their needs being met while new clients are learning about the benefits of choosing TransAmerica Express as their freight carrier.
